Lost & Found Policy

Before checking out, please ensure that you have carefully checked all of your personal belongings.

1. Storage Period

Items found within the resort will be kept for up to 30 days from the date they are found.

2. How to Retrieve Your Items

• Collect your belongings in person at the resort.

• Request delivery via courier service (shipping charges will be borne by the guest upon delivery).

3. Valuable Items

Valuable belongings and important documents that remain unclaimed will be handed over to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Perishable Items

Food, beverages, and other perishable items will be disposed of immediately to ensure hygiene and safety.
